Create some buzz around Arlon’s training events and showcase what an installer would get out of the trainings if/ when they attended one. Location firstly will help to gain interest from the viewer. An engaged and fun learning segment will keep their enthusiasm high. Showcasing Arlon’s approach and product will help to keep the user interested in trying the product over competitor products.
The following examples are indicative of videos to be create with a relevant local feel.
HOW WE PLAN TO ACCOMPLISH THE GOALS
Convey the engagement of Arlon’s sales reps, trainers and participants at a training module. Arlon’s product will feature strongly, how to’s, interaction of attendees in the learning environment. The inclusion of an attendee discussing their experience of the training and specifically, how the Arlon material will greatly improve how they use the product and give their client the best possible experience possible.

Utilising the videos provided by Arlon marketing as the basis for the videos to be created.
VENUE & DATE:
Understanding the agenda of the training schedule preferable at Sydney Motorsport Park on April 16th, 2019.
With an edge over the other suggested locations, this particular location would ideally draw the attention of motorsport enthusiasts and showcase the fast-paced, exciting and dynamic category of Arlon’s signage to the users of the product.
The training day itself will allow us to identify the fundamental components the training will provide for the attendees to learn and capture in the video. Ideally, an unscripted interview will help to convey a more natural and positive interview but key points may be required to assist the interviewee.
Key frames will include learning, teaching, product breakouts, close ups of the action/ doing portion of the training, location, the wider group, a focus on Arlon’s range specific to the attendees and general action of the event.
Two videos will be supplied.
A longer full featured 2 minute video (for website use and Facebook)
A shorter 0.59 second highlight clip (Instagram and Stories based content)
The first cut of the videos will be made available within 10 days of the day of filming.
2 rounds of edits
The final 2 clips finalised within 4 weeks of the conclusion of filming
access will be via an online download
$2,200AU TOTAL PROJECT INVESTMENT
The total investment is based on half a day/ up to 4 hours of filming on location with one lighting attendant and one Director of Photography/ camera operator. A seperate editor dedicated to the construction of the edit, inclusive of full colour-grade, audio enhancement with accompanying licensed music. All delivered online for hi resolution download in 1080p approximately 4 weeks after the shoot date.
